Every session is unique and allowed to unfold organically. Session work performed may include energy healing, a channeled message, divination, clearing/entity removal, or perhaps something else. Sessions will also often include energy “homework” or exercises for you to do after our session so that you can continue the work at home.

Appointment lengths vary based on guidance from your higher self/spirit helpers/angels. Sessions typically last anywhere between 45 minutes and 1-1/2 hours. If possible, it is recommended that you allow some downtime after your appointment to relax and assimilate before you rush back to your busy day.
